Before you pick a plan
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every plan begins with a 14-day trial and no card. At the end of the trial you add a card to keep going, or export your files and walk away.
What happens when the trial ends?
Uploads and sharing pause. Your files stay readable and exportable for 30 days, so nothing is lost while you decide.
What counts toward storage?
Current files, kept versions, and anything in Trash. Shortening version retention on a drive frees space immediately. The storage panel on Home shows the split.
What is a guest?
Someone outside your workspace's email domain who has been given access to specific folders. Guests don't take a seat and never see your member list.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your files stay. If you're over the new limit, uploads pause until you're under it again. We don't delete anything to make you fit.
Can I move my files out?
Yes. Settings has a one-click export of every file you own, with version history and the audit log as CSV.
